Each year designers travel the globe endlessly seeking, designing and creating the most exquisite laces, silks and embellishments for their collections. They work tirelessly with artisans to ensure each and every product is perfect, though not every design sampled makes production. As the design process draws to a close and production commences once again, new designs replace the previous and stunning fabrics are discarded.

These beautiful, luxurious fabrics are then bundled up un-used and placed on high shelves, forgotten about - until now. In an effort to break this cycle, and ensure the design process is more sustainable, we bring you a curated selection of these incredible deadstock fabrics.

As the founder of a high-end bridal label, Anna Campbell designer Anna Thompson saw first-hand how wasteful and environmentally unsustainable the fashion industry can be. With an abundance of incredible fabrics laying idle it seemed obvious that these should be made available for purchase, thus Silk and Stitch was born.
